As things continually change in this world my life preferences have modified as well. Early on, my interests were analytical, mathematical, and scientific. Therefore, I was educated and trained as an Engineer, so the left side of my brain was doing most of the work. Later in life I began to use the right side of the brain to develop an “artsy and creative” view of the world. This change in perspective allowed me to pursue my interest and passion with photography.

My love of photography motivated me to go and do something about it. So, I have and re-launched my photography business.

My photography specializes in Travel and Nature Photography. There are so many beautiful things in this world that there will never be a shortage of fascinating subjects and scenes. I always try and think of how to capture an image creatively to present a more interesting view of life through my lens.

During my initial leap into the photography business, in the early 2000’s, I lived and worked in New Orleans. The interesting subject matter of the “Big Easy” motivated tourists to take a souvenir from that wonderful and fascinating city. Consequentially I began a photo business and had my work shown and sold in a gallery on Royal Street, a bookstore in the Garden District, at the airport, and in many hotels and shops throughout the French Quarter.

In the mid 2000’s we moved to the First Coast   in Jacksonville, Florida. This coastal area provides a different side of life to share with others. Namely the beach, nature preserves, and wildlife refuge locations provide ample opportunity to share a beautiful natural environment with locals and tourists alike.

My work has been marketed at the airport, in galleries, at the world famous Cummer Museum, and in up-scale hotels and gift shops throughout Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, and Ponte Vedra. Worked as a contractor for the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA). Several photos from those projects have been featured in nationwide reporting and on local news programs. Recently my photos were featured in a Company magazine.

Through the years my work won a First Coast Artists’ Exhibit, was featured in the downtown Hyatt Hotel’s advertising, been displayed in the Best of Photography Table Top Books, and was shown at the Photographic Society of America’s International Conference. My photography has also been a model for local artists.

Our love of travel has provided me with a wonderful opportunity to capture interesting scenes and landscapes throughout the world. I am looking forward to sharing my passion with you. We have travelled to 50 countries.
